Hi ,
I have spent some time getting infomation regarding Commercial Loans - I understand that they are usually above the "mortgage" rate and typically lenders will lend you 80 -85 %.
Although I don't want to sell my home , I see little option in order to raise the deposit.
So my question is : if the residual ( after all outstanding mortage and debts paid ) is 60K - am I right in saying I have the potential to raise 250K + ?
