Cold room panel disposal !

Hi all,

Im not sure where the best place to put this is, or if im allowed to post in here!

I know how hard it is at the moment to recycle cold room panels and companies are struggling for places to send them without costing them a fortune to recycle and wondered if there is anyone out there with the need for cold room panel disposal?!

Thanks in advance :)

I have no clue what a 'cold room panel' is/are and am certainly not struggling for places to send these mysterious items.

However if what you are trying to do is plug the fact that you provide a recycling service for these items...then just say so :)

    Try something like...

"If you are looking for a cost effective way to dispose of your cold room panels and want to do so in a way that's kind to the planet...then look no further"

A cold room panel is used to line storage rooms that have to be ..cold.
When getting rid of them some are seen as Hazardous Waste, because of ODP, (Ozone Depleting Potential), and are subject to stringent regulations.
Many are not so classified but as they tend to be fixed to walls with FGB, (F...Great Bolts), are unsound insulation if moved and thus have little recycling potential.
Since the 90s a large number, the majority, of new commercial buildings have been fitted with insulation panels which are essentially modern versions of the cold panels. Recycling problems have yet to appear as they have a rated minimum life of about 40 years. These panels do not have ODP.
