I have a sofware for business use.
I have a website for this software.
The software is still available for use.
Now recently by chance while browsing i found a competitors website, which is selling the same type of sofware. In the sales pitch they list a few of their competitors. They also list my business, but instead of stating my business name they label it as "even ones that have gone out of business" (referring explicitly to my business and the text is clickable and targets my website URL).
Now i now that this breachs competition and marketing law in the UK, bit im not sure what to do about it.
I mean the damage is potentially already done, and it could be possible that I have lost business because of this, though it cant be proven.
What would you do?
