Cloud accounting software to run multiple business accounts?

Hi everyone,

Can anyone recommend cloud accounting software that I can manage and easily switch between multiple business accounts. I currently use quick books but have to log out from each (paid separately) account to use the others. I'd like to have a 'dashboard' and one log in.

Currently using Quickbooks because I like the interface and the ability to connect my bank account.

With Xero you can switch between different businesses without having to log out. Depending how many businesses you have, the process usually involves only two clicks. You do need a separate subscription for each, although there is a discount for running more than one.

If some of the businesses have less complex needs, it might be that you could save money by using one of the simpler editions but they are only available through a Xero partner accountant.

I think most can do it apart from Quick Books (which is absolutely ridiculous I might add).

Clear Books certainly handles it as does Xero like David mentions.
