Clothing Hire for Photo Shoot

Hi guys, hoping someone can help...

I'm organising a photo shoot in London in the next few weeks, and we need a variety of formal wear and smart-casual wear for blokes (and a few women); basically everyday 3-piece business suits, smart chinos and blazers, shirts, and shoes, that kind of thing.

Does anyone know of hire companies that offer normal suit hire, and not just wedding suits? Or suit shops that would lend us clothes in return for credit in the published photos, and/or any fashion students/graduates who can hook us up with clothes for the day?

Ideally we'd like to keep costs down and at the same time help some aspiring small hire businesses, suit shops, or fashion College graduates...

Yeah that is a possibility, we'd just rather have more control over what's worn if possible. To an extent we can dictate what they must wear, but there's no guarantee they'll turn up wearing the right thing, or that it will look good (you'd hope so, with them being models and all!)...

Depends where the photos are being published. If they are appearing in Tatler, GQ or Grazia I am sure you will have no trouble sourcing an agency that will do this.

If its just for your business collateral I think you will struggle. What happens if you damage the clothing -do you have insurance to cover any liability.

If you really can't afford the hire charges and this is key for your business just go around to charity shops with the sizing and pick up what you are looking for. Likely to be cheaper and your money will be going to a good cause.
