Hi everyone,
I'm managing payments for a classified advertising website based in the UK where users can post adverts in different categories (cards, pets, buy and sell etc). We also offer an adult section where users post adult content.
We already offer Visa/Mastercard and Paysafecard at checkout. I'm currently looking for an alternative payment method for all our users, including the one posting adult content, to increase our conversion but also have a back-up option if our card processor was down for whatever reasons.
Our business model is simple: transaction/revenue is only generated by posting fees and visibility options. We don't participate in any sort of transaction between advertisers and customers.
I've been looking and reaching different payment solutions but most of them don't want to proceed further due to the adult material. Open banking solution like Trustly or digital wallets such as Stripe, Paypal or Skrill don't accept adult material for instance.
I was wondering if anyone knew an alternative payment method for GBP which are ok with adult material? Open banking solutions, E-wallets or cash solutions are ideal but I welcome any other options.
