Class 2 National Insurance - How To Pay?

I'm a bit confused. How do I pay my class 2 contribution? Is it lumped in with my tax return bill?

It should be on your tax return, but check your tax calculations just in case, if they have not taken it you may have to phone and register for class 2 otherwise it will not count as a qualifying year for your pension.

I don't have any tax to pay this year, which may account for my confusion. As far as I can tell I haven't received any request to pay the NI yet?
