CIS Tax and the way it is administrated

Does anyone have any thoughts about CIS Tax and the manner in which HMRC is administrating returns, appeals etc? The reason I ask is because (according to today's BBC Radio 4 Money Box) the Treasury website is inviting small businesses to post their thoughts about Treasury measures and why we think they are stupid. CIS has been the bane of my business for the last 3 years for reasons there is insufficient space here to cover! How about you?

The CIS system and HMRC in general is a complete shambles of a goverment organisation. I receive a MINIMUM of one letter a week WRONGLY stating that I have been fined for something or another or that I haven't sent in so and so document/form in time etc etc etc etc etc etc.
