Hello,

I have lost the documents that I had last year for the proof of my CIS (Construction Industry Scheme) Deductions and I need to gain the forms/evidence so I am able to complete my tax return payment.

I'm unsure how I can get this back as I threw the forms away at the time as I didn't think I would need these.

Would anyone be able to possible help me get these back or create them for me and I will be very supportive and respectful for that.

As I got the email today explaining "
As I have explained in the past what I require from you is documentary evidence such as wage slips, a letter from the contractor or whatever you had in order to arrive at the figure of £8975 for construction industry deductions as shown on your tax return covering the period 6 April 2018 to 5 April 2019"

I'll pay if the forms are sufficient for my provider. out of a matter of appreication!

Thank you.

The company has gone bust so no longer running, I've tried.

I've contacted HMRC but they need the documents which I don't have as I provided to the account adviser.

Isn't they're a template where I can enter my figures showing the CIS Deduction of £8975 and work the figures out and provide them to HMRC.

If it's HMRC requesting the information, it must mean that their records don't match up with the amount of CIS you have quoted on the tax return.

If you're confident that you have been deducted that amount of CIS I suggest you write to

PT Operations North East England
H M Revenue & Customs
BX9 1BX

Asking for details of contractors you worked for in that tax year. Quote your utr no and NI No.

Alternatively provide HMRC with copies of your bank statement showing the amounts paid by the Contractor.
