Hi who is everyone using for Company Christmas cards. I wont be looking for a huge amount (although I could keep what I don't use for next year ;)) I have seen instantprint being recommended on here previously but I can never access their website for some reason. Im am just looking for something that I can have my company logo on the inside to send to customers.

We scrapped Christmas Cards a few years ago. I probably kept it going longer than anyone, insisting that everybody hand signed each card.

Last year we got about 5 cards to the office. It's just not done or expected these days.

I actually dislike the "we're not sending out a Christmas Card but are donating money to charity" emails. I don't think charity should be something you publicise in that way. It's probably acceptable to put it in the footer of an email, in the same way you'd mention an upcoming exhibition you're attending.

@MikeJ I don't like them either. What I was suggesting to the OP is that she gets a custom made e-card for her clients which she can send out as a thank you. As part of the design she can mention the charity she is supporting. Or some charities produce custom designs for businesses to use, so she could use these.

She can then donate the cost of what it would cost her to buy and distribute printed versions to her favoured charity.

I think that's the same difference though. I think electronic Christmas cards are truly awful, but that is just a personal opinion. Half the time e-cards don't make it through the spam/antivirus/picture blockers anyway.

Either send a proper card or just don't bother (we're firmly in the latter now...)

It depends on your customers, expectations within your industry and personal opinions. We do not send cards to customers and I personally have no problem with businesses letting me know that they have donated money to charity. Whether you feel a donation should be totally selfless and not discussed is subjective. However, if you do tell customers which charity you are supporting, it may help the charities 'brand' as you spread the word (so to speak).
