Christmas card printing

Hi would be please for a quote
I have art work on Publisher and require 250 run A4 folded to A5, full colour double sided & plain envelopes. How quickly could I get them returned and the cost please, and what weight card would be used?
Just working out if it is cost efficient to just print them myself and the turn around time (left it so late) or for the hassle get them printed.
