Choice of registration?

Hi all, I have a Job recruitment WP site and i'm just tweaking it a bit before i go live, However i need two registration options, because the site has to be slightly different, let me explain

At present i just have one registration button and when people sign up they will just get a standard members account, but the issue i have is that companies signing up to advertise don't want fields such as upload your CV and Jobs which you've applied for, likewise i don't want jobseekers to have the option to list jobs etc...

So what i'm look at id one registration for Company's, and one registration for jobseekers

So i need a seperate registration and members area for both

Can anyone advise or even work out how to do this, I'm happy paying for the right result

1) For this purpose you can provide a drop-down of user type over registration form
In User type drop-down user would be able to choose appropriate option that either he wants to be register as a "JobSeeker", or "Job Provider" or "Advertising Company".

2) User will choose proper user type and will fill all the registration fields and after register user's Dashboard can be customized according to user type.

3) You can create a customized area of user using custom code or any wp plgin.

4) You can use role type of word-press users as user type dropdown too.
