If you had to choose between the options below, which one would you go for?
Background: my customers enter their card details but then go on to tick the wrong box (the second one for Paypal or the third one for ''pay by telephone/cheque''), hence leaving them confused and not completing.
1. add option 1, option 2, option 3, in front of each payment option
2. add a big 'OR' in red in between each payment option
I have to pay to have this change implemented so would rather get it right!
