Use an FX company, there are many that have no fees, they just charge a minute margin when you trade currencies

There are lots of ways to pay oversea suppliers. Such as Paypal, Stripe, Escrow...

But the cheapest way I think it is Alipay, it is a popular digital payment platform that originated in China. It was created by Alibaba Group, a multinational conglomerate specializing in e-commerce and technology. Alipay provides a variety of financial services, primarily focused on facilitating online and mobile payments.
