Cheaper alternative to Keap/Infusionsoft

We need a solution that:
- we can book appointments on (we don't need any capability for clients to book their own, just us to)
- create a simple customer record
- files notes for each customer in their record and stores securely
optional plus points:
- can invoice
- can track payments

And that's a lot cheaper than Keap's even cheapest option!

Any ideas?

I'll add, we really like the "pay now" option on Keap's invoices - one click, all paid. Does anybody else do that, either as part of the solution above, or a separate payment solution?

Sorry I don't know anything of the top of my head but there are plenty of free Invoicing / CRM plugins for wordpress that would be able to provide this functionality (and much more).
