I don't know what "Webflow" is, looks like a website builder of sorts, but as UrbanRetail has mentioned, Tawk.to is very good, been using it for years, it is free and works well, you just add a bit of client-side (html & JavaScript) code to your website. The windows app sits in your task bar notification so you don't have to have a web browser open to use it like many.

tawk.to is free ( unless you want to remove their tiny logo ) and works well.

Would integrate to any website that you can drop a javascript snippet on.

There are so many cheap and good chat tools available in the market, but I worked on a few, and those are very easy to integrate and can modify according to business needs.

You could try HubBot. It's HubSpot's free chatbot tool that comes in addition to its free live chat software.
