Hi guys,
I can get channel grabber free for 6 months as I received a government start-up, and from what I read I could be losing out by not taking advantage however I wonder if my business really needs it? I currently sell on ebay and my website, most sales come through ebay. When I list my products I simply upload to ebay via turbo-lister (when it actually works) and then import all new items/orders into my website via openbay pro so there's not much work involved for me in regards to adding and documenting my products.
I'm struggling to see the real benefit of multichannel for a small business like me, or is that a really negative view? maybe it would double my sales? I could always try it and then cancel if it does'nt help me. Does anyone use it? has it increased your sales by much?
And regarding Amazon, it's a LOAD of hassle to sell on there from what I can see, am I again losing out for not selling on there? Personally I think ebay is the preferred channel for my potential customers
