Changing Twitter layout

I've always used Twitter with IE

Trying to use it on Chrome and the layout is completely different.

Anyone know where the settings are to change the layout?

Don't know what you mean.

The layout of the web interface looks the same in any browser for me.

Unless for some reason they stopped rolling out changes to IE specifically seeing it's end of life was back in 2015. I haven't even used IE for years.

Can you rearrange the sidebars and what appears in them?

I want my trends top left like it is in IE

I want all the stuff that Chrome puts in top left sidebar along the top (similar to how it is in IE)

I want to see a list of who I'm following, who's following me, how many tweets I've made on my home page, not just my profile page.

I want a bit of contrast between the boxes and background

No. You can only change the skin colours and font-size.

What you're seeing is an old design. The Twitter developers probably don't even look at IE. Must have been left behind on that browser only.
