CGT on first home

I brought my house for 220k in 2003 its worth 330k today, i brought a flat for my son in 2005 it has not gone up in value.. last summer 1 year ago, I put the house on rent. i moved out of the house last year and lived in a rented flat with my husband.

i wish to sell the house now and- will i have gains tax to pay on it - it was my primary residence.

Gain should be covered by PPR relief. See here for final 36 months. There is also a letting relief if not sold within the 36 month period. Could be worth consulting an accountant if you need help
