Central London offices

My firm (a small chartered accountancy practice) is looking for a small amount of office space in central London. We've already been stung twice by the sharp practice of letting agents. Does anyone know of a reputable letting agent who may be able to help me or (even better) have some spare office space or know of someone else who does.

We're looking for 200-350 sq ft preferrably in the West End but would consider anywhere central.

PLEASE no serviced offices we want our own space charged by the square foot rather than by the desk.
