Catering - air fryers

Can you use air fryers in a commercial business. I know some things are restricted.
Obviously we would still be doing temperature checks, logs, cleaning.

When my estranged wife had a cafe, I cant remember any restrictions around air fryers. It was mainly deep fat fryers and the associated risk of hot oil which required a higher level of insurance. So Id probably suggest contacting your insurer or checking your policy.

I imagine the key issues would revolve around capacity and longevity/durability

I'm pretty sure there are no legal or technical restrictions
