Is there anyone with catering certification interested in a spit roast partnership in West Berkshire, Newbury area ?
I make the spit roasts but have no catering qualifications/ licence/ experience.
At present I hire or sell to private individuals... but if you are a pig farmer and/or caterer do you want to team up ?
