Cashplus Business Account question

Hi

This is probably a simple question but I haven't been able to find the answer on the net.

I transferred money online from my cashplus (Total Access) business account to my personal Santander account Thursday pm (after three) and it still hasn't cleared into my account at Santander yet, now Sunday morning.

Does anyone know how long payments take to transfer and clear? It showed as having been transferred from cashplus at about 4pm Friday and today it now shows as being 'in progress'. I'm a little concerned now. This is the third time I've transferred money btw and they went through ok. I'm worried specifically about this as it was for £5000.

Any help would be appreciated please.

I have a funny feeling they do not include weekends as part of the days that it takes to transfer, What is their timescale for bank transfers in days?

For example if you transferred thursday, and it takes 3 working days, your funds won't be cleared until tuesday ;)

This is the blurb on Cashplus' site about outgoing transfers:
We now provide outbound same day faster payments, so as long as the transaction is set up to be actioned before 3:30pm, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays), the payment should appear in the recipient's account the same day.
I transferred Thursday evening so I wasn't expecting immediate then but I was expecting Friday and it did say completed after I'd done it but it now says ''in progress" on there.
I'm going to hang fire til tomorrow in the hope it's a two working day thing, but I'm still concerned it didn't go over Friday.
