I have lost the use of my arrow down key. I think it may have happened when I was re-assiging keys. As I can't use the arrow down key I can't access the system setting. Can someone help I would like to take it back to factory original setting so that I can start again as I don't know what else to do I have tried taking out the batteries and the power but when it reboots it remembers all the setting I have applied. Please help

Do a google for an instruction manual and that should show you how to do a factory reset.

Hi the reset the manual tells you to do does not remove all the data and return it to factory settings
