Cartoon character design required. Can anybody help?

Hi,

I have a new website currently under construction and need some help!

I need a cartoon character designing to use as the logo for my website and to use on all subsequent advertising. I have tried to do the design myself but to be honest my 4 year old daughter has done better designs than me!!!

I would need to design to be done on a computer so I can use it on the website.

Yes exactly something like that, but ideally was looking for it to be done as cheaply as possible.

I have a tiny budget for the whole website!
