Carry forward/backdate personal allowance

Is is possible to carry forward unused personal allowance?

I made a mistake running my payroll on my last PAYE payment, which means that i am not able to make the final PAYE payment for march-april which would have taken it up to the personal allowance threshold. Or should i just write it off?

You cannot move the personal allowance between years. You may be able to correct a mistaken payroll submission.
