Card Terminal Advice - Chip and Pin Solutions

Hi

Can anyone advise if they have had any dealings with Chip and Pin Solutions for their card payment processing in retail stores? I would be really keen to hear feedback?

They seem to be the cheapest I can find (which concerns me), however I cannot find any negative reviews on line about them.

I would also be keen to hear what you are using and any other recommendations on the subject.

We used them, not great customer service and took much longer than I expected to get the terminal.
Situation changed and we tried to end 3 year contract early, even willing to pay remaining card machine rent in full, they were not interested in the slightest.
Not a retail store, we had a mobile terminal from them as we were doing events.

i've known this company for many years now. I've got nothing bad to say about them.

they spend huge amounts of money on advertising, especially on Google adwords, to get them near the top for most relevant searches and because of this, they're doing some high numbers in terms of new business sales. i'd be concerned if you cannot find a single bad review on them as this would be quite unusual considering the volume of sales they do on a monthly basis.
