    Hi,

I have a sumup air card reader which doesn't support "card not present" transactions.

Apparently sumup now offer a virtual terminal on their website which doesn't appear to be on my account.

Does anyone know if I upgraded to either the "solo" or the "3g and printer" version this would offer "card not present" transactions?

    Thank you

SumUp do payment links that you can send to customers to allow them to enter their card details online, but I can't see anything about a virtual terminal to take payments over the phone.

Please consider the impact that accepting customer card details over the phone could have on your business. Use a system which doesn't require you to ask the customer to read their card details out loud.

A Secure Virtual Terminal enables customers to type their credit card details using their phone keypad. This would save you around 96% of the responsibilities in your PCI-DSS SAQ questionnaire.

You can visit paytia.com/products/secure-virtual-terminal to find out more or just reply to this comment and I will be happy to answer any questions.
