Car hiring - sourcing a vehicle?

Hi,

I hope you friendly chaps can point me in the right direction.
I am interested in sourcing a car to hire out (plenty of demand from where I come from for 4 door saloon veicles - something like an Audi A4 or Mercedes C class).
I do not want to 'buy' so getting one on finance is out of the question.
I am thinking about leasing, but I have been told that I will not be able to hire these out (is this true?).
Is there a way of leasing where I can hire them out without terminating my agreement with the leasing company?

Insurance side I am not concerend about as I have some good contacts.

Thanks in advance

The vast majority of finance companies will not allow you to do this as it will breach the T's & C's of the agreement. I am aware of several that do allow it, but they will only fund large fleets.

Most finance companies will have a clause not allowing any "hire & reward", so leasing is probably not the way to go.

I would re-visit buying the vehicles, perhaps on a HP agreement. Just ensure that you are not breaching the T's & C's of the loan by "sub-hiring" the asset.
