We're establishing a car fleet for our engineers and sales force of 20-50 vehicles (depending on how many employees want to participate). How have you guys set up your car fleet? My dream solution is to have an agreement with a nationwide dealer, and that the employee can take out a personal lease with our prices (bargaining power with a number of cars).
We can then arrange a monthly salary deduction for the employees, and even pay an allowance but the most important thing is that the lease is in the name of the employee. Cars are not expensive until there's something wrong. If the car is personal you'll have a whole lot more respect for it and that will bring the cost down !!
Any thoughts? Maybe any dealers you know?
