Can you recommend a B2B Data List provider?

We have used a couple in the past:

LBM and Corpdata.

They tend to be fine as long as you are looking for general info (company name address telephone etc), but have had mixed results with more specific data, individual contact details, email address' and the like.

I am not big fan of bought in & rented lists, but these are probably as good as you will get for general lists

I have 2 Million b2b data, seggregated business type wise and county wise. I am looking at selling them at a penny a lead. It contains business names, addresses and telephone numbers.

I'm looking for a reliable, professional, yet reasonably (i.e. low!) priced B2B Data provider, List broker or data rental.

Can anyone recommend any?

Thanks

Do you need email address? esmartmedia have B2B lists - full record plus email 7p per record and they buy back bounced data. Try esmartmedia.co.uk hit clicksearch button and choose your b2b data.

Hello,

Please let me introduce Databroker -I have worked in buying and selling data for 8 years.

I have read this thread with interest - its very confusing and typifies the whole issue of sifting through people/companies who claim to have x million records and from the actual reputable dataowners who invest circa 1 million pounds a year into maintaining quality data.

I used to work for one of those companys and actually ironically enough was Duncan Wright's account manager at LBM ( BSA Marketing replied in this thread ). Do not purchase b2b data from a company who it is not core competency to supply. There are only a handful of secure data owners who continually refresh their data. Any business's where they sell data as a bi-product should be avoided like the plague.

LBM, Corpdate, D&B, Experian, Equifax and InfoUK are really the only main players. Marketingfile.com is a broker of their lists online in effect and offer good service at a small premium.

Databroker has robust relationships with all the major suppliers listed above and we offer impartial advice on the pro's and con's of each. Depending on what your product and marketing strategy is should dictate who to purchase from. We know this already and can offer advice accordingly.

Importantly, Databroker can use these relationships to leverage fantastic rates on these datasets and can supply data at superb prices but only from DMA compliant and approved companies. Purchasing data from the companies mentioned through databroker would see savings of approx 30%-45%

Feel free to contact us and chat through your requirements - we would be delighted to help.

Interesting thread. Its a little difficult to separate those promoting themselves. (Which I have no objection too.) I do the same too and recommendations.

I have seen a number recommend Corpdata. I would agree a very good source of data. But for me it too expensive, in fact I feel grossly overprice as I can source the same data else where for a fraction of the cost. I reserve using them only for very specialist data perhaps data relating to those with SAP or with a very specific IT requirement that cannot be defined by company size.

Alternatively, I use marketingfile www.marketingfile.com. The have general b2b and b2c data for that matter. They openly source this from LBM, dnb, equifax so on, so on. You can pick what's right for you.

I have used them for over 5 years for over 50 clients and the marketing campaigns I have completed on their behalf.

I would like to highly recommend ourselves. (if that's allowed?).

B2B DataSolutions source all our data from the UK's leading data owners - including many of the names already mentioned above. What we do differently to every other provider is compare the accuracy rates of each dataset and only offer for sale the most accurate datasets available from our list of suppliers.
As a consumer it means that the risk of buying inaccurate data is minimised, you don't run the risk of testing cherry picked samples nor do you get inconsistent datasets lacking in fields or relevance.

You will find that our data is supported by testimonials and a large number of checkable references.

I would like to suggest that if you're interested in purchasing b2b data that you visit our site - detailed below.

We would like to thank you in advance for your consideration.

Kind Regards,

B2B Data Solutions . com

Hi,

We use a very good data supplier, you are able to choose the industry, employee size and turnover. The prices are very reasonable at £27 per 200 records. If you would like their details please PM me.

Thanks

Lucy

DeadlineData

Not a bad price that and if the data is TPS verified and fresh, it could be useful for your marketing campaign.

We supply b2b data at a very competitive cost - send us an email with your segmented requirements and I will give you the respective counts and prices.
