SEOs can any of you do me a favour? I just want to find the traffic level on a specific page of a third party site, and I don't really want to sign up to a tool like SEM Rush or Ahref just for one thing.

You want to know how much total traffic a web page on a website you don't own receives?

There is no way of accurately knowing that without access to the website's web analytics or search console.

Tools like SEMrush just estimate organic traffic based on the search volume of the terms that the web page has visibility for. It's largely inaccurate and only really a worthwhile metric comparing one page to another within the tool.

ahrefs is best at this, short of getting access to the competitor's private analytics or search console account. yes it is an estimate, sometimes out of date and sometimes over or under estimating by multiples of 2 or 3, but it's a good ballpark, it's usually accurate within 50%, very often accurate with 20%, and is very rarely off by a factor of 10. obviously it's focused on traffic from google - direct traffic and referred traffic from other sources, especially non search engines, is a very different story.

    Hi Alan,

I would recommend Neil Patel’s Ubersuggest tool.
The Unique and free features of the tool are Keyword Research, Backlinks Analysis, Competitor Research Analysis, SERP Analysis, Keyword Ranking, etc...
Ubersuggest is one of the best tool for SEO
