I think they normally deliver by bike or motorcycle.Ou will need to speak to your council's Environmental Health Department and get the kitchen approved by them. If you are planning to make lots of deliveries then the Planning Department may want to get involved due to the increase in traffic.
Not to mention the smell from frying food.A bike might be ok but your neighbours may complain if there are motorbikes going up and down the street regularly.
I've seen many catering businesses running from home registered with the local council, but can we run a dark kitchen from home? If so, can we add fried foods to the menu like fries or do we need a commercial extractor fan?
