can someone recommend me an online accountant

Just looking for a good responsive online accountant that can

Setup my new LTD
Provide a registered address
Good communication via email and phone
Setup VAT
have online book keeping software

If any of you have a good accountant can you recommend me, I almost went to theaccountancy.co.uk and there level of service was shocking so i did no go through with them.

I've been happy with Charlton Baker for many years, we use Xero. Amanda who is my contact with them, she's my book keeper, is wonderful.

What a small world - that's one firm I trained with many, many years ago when the practice was run by Rex Charlton. Feeling very old now.

They are quite a big national firm, Jenni a member here was my accountant, she passed all her clients over to CB some years ago.
