Can someone please recommend me a freight forwarder?

Need a freight forwarder recommendation. Will be shipping from China to UK. FCL 20ft. Seller has said he can do CIF but from my understanding I am opening myself up to the risk of the freight forwarder adding on extra fees when it arrives at destination port, so shipment will be FOB and I need to find my own forwarder.

Any forwarders you can recommend??

I used Woodland Global who are on UKBF.

They managed some air freight for me a while ago and did a good job.
