Can i use a business name already taken in Dublin?

Hello

I thought of a business name, but another business is using it in Dublin who are doing a similar thing to me. I can't see any trademark. Should i avoid it?

If they are in a similar business, definitely avoid it. Even if they weren't, I would avoid it.
