Go to Google.com/webelements click on the map snippet , put in your details, create a map copy the code, paste it into your website ,as easy as that

slightly maybe, but it will help your seo a lot more if you embed your own map pictures that google is not entirely familiar with and correctly tag with them keyword-rich alt tags

Its time to change host then. Given how cheap hosting is, there is absolutely no reason to keep your site somewhere that doesn't give you 100% control over it.

Your competitors can all edit their sites in whatever way they please, why would you possibly want to give them even the smallest advantage that you don't have to? They already have domain age, backlinks, trust on their side - don't make it any harder than you need to.
