Can anyone recommend a contract solicitor?

As the title suggests. If anyone knows of and/or has used a good contract solicitor, I'd be keen to talk with them this week.

Brief background:

I'll be joining a firm (hopefully before Christmas) and also integrating my modest client base with theirs, should receive contract this week
Contract involves equity and salary, with some conditions around equity (basically options)
Good leaver bad leaver provisions
Never been in this position before so would like advice to make sure I'm clear on all aspects of contract before signing and even negotiating some points if needed

Ideally based in South East, even more, ideal would be Hampshire!

I can recommend a Barrister who works on the same terms. there kind of a network of barristers that help each other connect and share the cost rather than charge you each step. cambria chambers based in somerset I think but offices all over.
