Forgive me re-posting from Legal (where I mainly hang out) but of course this applies equally to advisors in other areas.
I have been on this Forum for over 6 years now and given a fair bit of advice over the years. I have now begun to create a blog with my posts on here categorised into subject matter. This will be helpful not to just to others but to myself if only to remind myself, in my old age, what I ave said before! Not all posts of course (I can be very repetitive) but its amazing when you look back over the years how wide a range of subjects have been covered. Each has a link back to the original thread at UKBF. Hopefully this will, in turn, gain more members.
I would very much like to hear from members of subjects not yet covered so I can see if I have advised on it here and, if so, will add to the blog.
If anyone sees a response on a thread they started then could they let me know if I have their permission (we all retain the IPR in our posts -albeit with a permanent licence to Sift Media) to copy the original message. For now I just write a resume of the initial post.
You can search through them and see the categories at www.TheResolver.com - click UKBF.
I would find it very useful if other regular contributors here in different fields, especially lawyers, accountants, IT consultants, software developers, marketing consultants, debt recovery, insolvency practitioners, patent attorneys etc were to think of doing something similar. We could all then link to each other's archive.
