We are predominantly web based and sell park tickets which pretty much sell themselves and receive very few calls. However, we are looking to introduce our tour operator which is presently b2b to the b2c market in January.
Its very difficult to predict the volume of calls we will generate so was seeking to outsource calls to a specialist travel call handling company but we are struggling to find any specialists?
The other option is to employ travel homeworkers - essentially experienced travel staff who work from home and work on commission only. They form a huge part of travel sales at present but we have struggled to find any decent staff. Are there any specialist homeworker recruitment agencies??
