I've just had a read of this and your other thread about translating your website.

My colleagues in the commercial section of the British Embassy in Hong Kong can do some research on your behalf and send you a list of call centres you could approach. This is a service from UK Trade & Investment called the Overseas Market Introduction Service. I've also found an article on translation services on Open to Export which is a free web service for UK companies starting to to business overseas.
