Call Centre -

Hi All

I have a call centre which I have been trialing out a product on for 3 months and I am not 100% happy I want to carry on with, the centre has 10 digital lines and the use of a Dialer, is there anyone out there who has any ideas what product I could give a go that has proven results?

Have you though of offering a service of answering small businesses calls and releating the message via email to them? There are some companies out there offering this service, could you do this?

I am a director of Icon Energy Solutions Ltd and I am wanting call centre appointments from customers that want solar pv fitted for a £500 deal.

I have been let down by a overseas call centre and I am looking for a company to replace the deal I had with them. I require the call centre to ring potential customers and qualify them over the phone to receive solar pv for only £500. Once they are qualified I need a general appointment made.

I would be looking for up to 400 leads a week at around the £15 per appointment. If you could provide this service I would love to hear from you.

Where does the data come from for these calls? are they warm ( you knwo they have an interest ) or cold ( no previous contact ), how many leads have prvious companies been gettting per telemarketer, i ask as i cannot see how this can be successful and for a t/m to make a profit.

Thanks for the reply, as of yet the call centre in Pakistan has not started running the campaign so I do not have the figures you require. This is the reason I am looking for a company that could do this for me.

The deal we have is a very good option for people who are interested in solar pv as they get up yo 4kw sytem for only £500. I do know that the call centre had the lists of customers what have been contacted previously for cavity wall and loft insulation. The plan was to call these customers back.
