You'll be competing against some of the lowest living costs in the world.
I appreciate the point, but when a company is looking at increasing profit by 10%, while maybe losing 1-2% turnover from trade who don't like Indian call centers, then you have a hard sell on your hands.
Not that I am trying to discourage you, but as long as tou realise you are in a difficult marketplace, and are competing against low costs that you could never hope to meet.
