You can get flash to number 1 organic. Personally im not a fan of flash myself.

Thats just an Intro (which is terrible), the Ops whole site is in flash.

How's he going to optimise that.

Also, missing a trick on optimising images as they're all buried in flash.

Really need to get it changed

Thanks for the advice guys, the site is showing on yahoo, working on getting it listed on google. Also working on ditching the flash site and changing to html, time and cash flow permitting

Trebor is right. Estwig seems to do a good amount of business from online activities. He uses ppc google advertiing. If you were to get a more user friendly site and do ppc you would have more work than you can handle.
