Byretorial - The 50-year experiment

It's official. The World has gone nuts and your body has been subjected to an experiment that was started in 1961. And like that experiment, each madness on its own seems not too bad, but taken as a whole, the result is a poison that threatens to engulf us all.

Madness. There is no other way to describe what is going on. Just as we thought Hillary v. Donald was as absurd as you can get, we now have Boris as Foreign Secretary, Jeremy Corbyn as leader of the Labour Party (with a total pimp-slap fight going on behind him) and Nottinghamshire police have decided to record what they describe as 'misogynistic incidents against women' as hate crimes.

And under the vague title 'misogynistic incidents' PC Plod will get out his notebook if you whistle at a woman, stick your tongue out at her or even take her photograph. Apparently police in Nottinghamshire have had three months of training in recognising and dealing with such serious misogynistic incidents and I'm sure you are glad to hear that your taxes, in these times of economic downturn and austerity, are being put to such good use!

Nottingham Chief Constable Sue Fish, who lists her five core responsibilities as regional business partner, delivering the future, professional services, corporate communications and information sharing, is paid a total of £144,000 for these onerous tasks. Apparently, apart from the aforementioned 'misogynistic incidents', crime is somebody else's business!

Come on Sue, are you really delivering the future? I mean, if you believe in God, then I thought that how the future was delivered was fully and comprehensively described in Genesis. And if you do not believe, assuming E equals MC squared, then Time (C) equals the square root of E over M. Either way, I don't believe that it is you who is delivering it, so we could cut costs by knocking off one-fifth of that £144k!

Either that, or she could get rid of all of that New Age guff and make fighting and preventing crime her one and only task.

Add to that, the situation in France and the situation in Turkey, both of which are giving ultra-right-wing nutters an even bigger boost than before and we have a perfect storm.

Then there's the situation in the Middle East and I am reminded of what Otto von Bismarck said in 1888, “One day a great European War will come out of some damned foolish thing in the Balkans.”

And it did - World War One.

The tensions are building as the UK seeks to leave the EU, the US shows little ability to tame the excesses of the current Turkish regime, as it needs two large aircraft carriers in that region - namely Israel and Turkey. In the long run, keeping a lid on all these tensions will prove impossible and another major war seems inevitable.

So, rather than rave on about a whole set of crazy situations on The Planet that I for one, cannot alter, let me tell you about that strange experiment I mentioned at the beginning -

You may have noticed that there has been an alarming rise in some kinds of illnesses. Some of the biggest rises have been in allergies, arthritis, obesity, sepsis and diabetes. All except obesity are directly related to the immune system and there is growing evidence that the immune system also plays a role in obesity as well.

To state that the immune system is complex is to state the blindingly obvious. We need the multitude of complex systems in our bodies to protect us from anything and everything from cancer to the common cold that otherwise would kill all of us pretty quickly! But the immune system is badly effected by any constant bombardment by trace toxic elements, as well as by other factors, such as a lack of sleep and excess stress.

Trace amounts of pathogenic chemicals can and will damage the immune system, making it over-react to some things and fail to react to others. If your child is playing on the living room carpet, it is breathing in whatever chemical you last used to clean that carpet and whatever chemicals remain that were used in manufacture. The same applies to anything in the house, where chemicals were used - the kitchen, bathroom, lavatory - all carrying a thin smear of toxins that are heavily advertised on television.

But it is in our food that some of the most dangerous toxins are entering our bodies.
Bread is made in huge factories using an industrial method invented in 1961, called the Chorleywood process, that uses chemicals and cold kneading to speed up manufacture to the point where a single oven can produce 6,000 loaves in an hour and a process called 'activated loaf development' uses chemicals to speed up production.

Industrial oils and soya flour are used to increase volume, bleaching agents are used to make the bread as white as possible (real wheat bread is light grey) colouring agent E150 is used to make the crust brown and ascorbic acid (E300) makes the dough rise faster.

Emulsifiers lecithin and mono- and diacetyl tartaric acid, esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids (E472e) give a softer crumb and manufacturers claim "A better eating experience!" Preservatives, such as E260-3 (that, believe it or not, is acetate!) and E280-3, a powerful proportionate are added to extend shelf life, despite both being associated with all kinds of health problems, ranging from migraines to skin irritations and allergies and even cancer.

I can go on. Enzymes, such as amylase to keep bread soft, xylanase to boost volume and transglutaminase to aid the Chorleywood process are added.

Much to my complete amazement, these enzymes do not even have to be listed on the ingredients - despite the fact that they are known to badly effect the immune system and often lead to severe allergic reactions. Why? Because they are classed as 'processing aids' and food regulations allow them therefore to be added without warning consumers of their presence.

Sorry, but all supermarket bread, including the frozen rubbish that is reheated and served as fresh at those 'in-house' bakeries, is made like this. Even your local bakery will be using ready-made flour-plus-yeast-and-additives.

And those insidious ingredients are of course not just in bread, but some or all can be found in every processed food. Pizzas, beer, colas, fruit juice concentrates, pies, ice-cream, sausages, ketchup, puddings, cakes, anything and everything that came ready-made in a package, tin or bottle!

Regulators have given all these additives a totally clean bill of health, but they have only ever been tested in isolation. You and your children are now testing them as a cocktail of combinations of toxins, biocides and enzymes for the very first time.

Explain to me how this...

"Overall, the lifetime risk of someone developing colon cancer is 5%. To put the numbers into perspective, the increased risk from eating the amount of processed meat in the study would raise average lifetime risk to almost 6%"

corresponds to this....

"I agree with you ,I don't think its a coincidence that cancer has seen a 6 x times rise since the 1960's."

... apart from "6" appearing in both sentences.

And all wheat and cereals Genetically Modified to keep Monsanto in profit.

Why is this idea being pushed so hard.
Why do we need genetically modified foodstuffs ?

well-done and well said.

My body used to itch very hard for years and I have been using ointments to soath my skin since the itching started. A few months ago, by coincidence when I started taking bath I found my hair shampoo had finished. So I used normal soap to wash my hair. I didn't have time to buy my brand of shampoo. So continued using norma soup to wash my hair. During this time all the itching stopped. Now I no longer use Shampoos. I use simple plain soap.

The immune system has not become week but it has been overboardened, it can not mach its job. I am not sure if artherites has anything to do with immune system. Bread is a processed food and it is one of the worst processed foods. It speads up biological ageing in addition to many other mysterious diseases. I can not do without bread, it has been my stable diet since my mother stopped breast feeding me. I make my own organic wholegrain bread, which is the only process food I eat.

Fried food, meat, alcohol, smoking and all processed foods cause terminal disease and accelerated biological ageing. We supposed to reach at least 120 years, still fit to work. But we can not because of our diet.

To enjoy a healthy life, don't cook any food if you can eat it raw. Store all your food in air tight plastic bags, avoid all types of containers. The idea is not to let air contacts the food to prevent food oxidation. If a food has to be cooked, boil cook it, avoid roasting and barbequing. When boiling the food, first boil the water for a while to get rid of all the air inside the water. After that add the food to the boiling water to cook it. If you can afford it, always go for organic food. Cooked food, including boil-cooking, is a processed food. You can neutralise the damage of processed food by eating more in volume fresh raw food like fruits and vegetables than processed food.

If you take the Air (Oxygen) out of water you only get left Hydrogen which will not boil your food

Not at all. water will boil always if there is air, oxygen, in it or not. Heating accelerates oxidation. So it is not safe to add food, to be boil-ccoked, in the water before boiling.

I missed an important point, which is about water. I dare to say most of the diseases especially the terminal ones, come because of the incorrect use of drinking water. There is a saying, which states like this: "You not ill but you are thirsty." Most of the people hardly drink water enough except juices, fizy drinks, alcohol, tea and coffee, none of which can replace water.

In order your body is fully hydrated and detoxified naturally always, you need at least 0.04 litres of water per each kilogram of your weight at three or four rugular intervals daily. If you are 7okg you need at least 0.04 x 70 = 2.8litres daily.

Another reason for terminal diseases is drinking liquids, water or any other liquid, with our meals. This liquid weakens digestive enzymes. So most of the food not digested, ends up in the colon to decompose to create a lot of free radicals to overboarden immune system. Colon cancer is one of the causes.

As a rule don't drink anything at least half hour before and two hours after the meal.

I stopped eating bread years ago.
I have swallowing problems, a tiny little bit gets stuck in my throat, it swells up, I start retching and convulsing uncontrollably, until I wretch up a cupful of blood. An hour later, I'm fine. It's just stress. I know this, because I was told it was, by a GP, a professor, and and ENT specialist.

Because of this problem, I ate a lot of pasta.
My muscles grew weak, I was miserable, tired, unfocused, I also itched all over, had incurable athletes foot, which would bleed. My sleep was bad. My back was agony, always trapping nerves, and a whole host of other unpleasant and debilitating problems.

Back in March, I stopped eating grains.

Every day is a revelation, I feel like I'm recovering from a 30 year accident.

I wake up feeling happy, I'm not stiff as a board after extreme hard work, I can breath better, my back is getting better, my mood and focus is better, I rarely feel tired. I'm not trapping nerves, my muscles are loose and supple. I don't itch any more.

I didn't know it was possible to feel like this. Because I was always stronger, fitter, and faster, than most folk I worked with, I though I was pretty good.

I do, however, still have the swallowing problem, but after nearly 40 years of being slowly poisoned, I can't expect it all to go away over night.

I wouldn't recommend anyone gives up grains.
They are obviously perfectly safe.
I know this, because folks have been eating them for thousands of years. They wouldn't sell food with grains if they were bad for you, and anyone who takes control of themselves ought to go to the doctor and get something from GSK instead.
If, on the other hand, you not entirely confident that the doctor has all the answers, I would thoroughly recommend giving up grains for 30 days.
Just 30 days of your life, it won't kill you. Once the month is over, you can gorge yourself on 20p loaves of bread.
It might just change your life for the better though.

Nothing to do with the mind ?

I have a couple of Whisky's and feel a lot better whenever i do it

That's another reason I wouldn't recommend anyone takes steps to manage their health. It's not just moronic comments by internet trolls, some of them are even low enough to make patronising suggestions in real life too.
It's not really an issue to me, Walter Mitty types with snarky comments online don't bother me, if they did, I wouldn't put myself out there with potentially life improving information that others may like to follow.
To all those folk who may actually want to change the way they live, please don't have the nerve to announce it to anyone, unless you really are up to taking the flack.
It gives too many folk the opportunity to indulge in their low down behaviour.
You've got to consider the emotional state of folk who do this, it's not good for them to be provoked by better people achieving something.

Seriously, though there have been a few posts, ignoring the one related to the referendum, that have become really nasty, which must be upsetting for newcomers asking valid questions, just to get shot down.

    Maybe it's the heat?

Whilst the OP made a great statement about the possibility of long term change to our health your post just seems to say look at me and how clever I am or was

The first was a reasoned item the second a bit of self publicity with little to do with the ops comments

    Cheers

You need see your doctor each now and then. Grains have essential elements, whithout which your health will deteriorate gradually. Your doctor can give you suppliments. If you chew your bread a lot until it becomes a soup in your mouth, you sould be able to swallow it without any problems.
