Sometime ago i had reason to put the tender out for a new hosting company. Not the first time UKBF has come through for us here.
We were recommended several companies but upon further investigation neither seemed to completely fit the bill.
We then were approached by Matt of BuySharedHosting (who is on here). Matt took my question and answered them patiently.
As time grew i become impressed by his (and Phils) friendly and approachable nature not to mention the swiftness with replying to my questions.
I recently paid my shilling so to speak to move across.
They wasted no time, Phil was assigned to the task. passed over what they asked for.
Within two days all my operations were not only transferred but tested thoroughly before going live.

Complete piece of mind, would recommend these guys without hesitation.

That's great news! All too often things go really wrong with these kinds of migrations (especially when you involve the really big hosting companies that just don't care). Good to hear a UKBF member pulling it out the bag!

Yes, i am still with BSH, no plans to move at the moment. I am informed by some it is the more cheaper end of the hosting pool, however, that said i have never experienced problems.
They do host a lot for me, without complaints. What i like is how i am not metered on space, email addresses, or bandwidth.
I recommend all new SME's to use them. They are not among the big boys, but in many ways, thats a plus. They care. While Matt isnt so much involved in the venture now, its more Phil, but i like the personal touch that comes with it. Phil also goes the extra mile for me too.
The portal also gives a lot of flex the end user on what they can do. Creating email addresses, updating php, added other tech to the site. I use a lot of Moodle and wordpress platforms.

I could look around for another supplier, and there maybe cheaper out there, but i have no reason. Its not broken, why fix it.
