It would be wise to simply type in "website broker" on Google and find some companies that specialise in buying and selling websites/businesses. Flippa is the obvious choice but there's little to be had on there nowadays.

Instead of buying an ecommerce business, why not start one (or more) of your own with that sort of investment

The problem when trying to buy an online business is finding a business that is genuinely trading amongst the many offerings of ready-made businesses from web design companies.
If you are looking for something with an earning history then traditional business sales sites like Daltons have online businesses and you can set your search parameters to a minimum turnover to show just the trading businesses.
