Hello All,

We have a very small company and would like to track our customers and job with online.

We basically need to add jobs form clients and then allocate them to members of the team.

It would be handy to integrate emails into this etc.

Where would I start looking for software like this?

It sounds like you need a ticket system that you can use to provide a reference number per job.
You can use this to track the progress of the issue online as can you clients.
Something like ZenDesk, osTicket, webhelpdesk should be what you're are looking for.

I believe what your looking for is a software to enable you manage your project. Try Webhelpdesk or zendesk. They are ideal for providing each job with a reference number. Another alternative is to use BizPlanA which will enable you track the time spent between a client and the staff member assigned to him/her. Afterward invoices can then be prepared.

Another option is DeskTime. You can create projects, and the employees can indicate which project they're working on. It automatically tracks the time that they spend on each project as well.
