Business Rates

I have a property in Wales that I'm letting out as a holiday let for 10+ years but I haven't registered it for business rates. It's met the requirements for business rates every year including when the rules got more stricter from April 2023 (property has to be available to let for 252 days and actually let for 182 days) but it's not registered. What's the worst case scenario here, can I receive a backdated business rates bill for 10+ years?

I just don't get the question.

Do you have a tendency for self sabotage?

Do you mean that you haven't paid business rates or council tax on the property ?
