Business Rates Relief?

Hi!

So we looking to move out of our first warehouse, which is owned by a directors father so we do not pay any rates / rent other than an agreed amount for sponsorship of a race car... Anyway..

We are looking at moving into a privately owned warehouse, which is bigger but it does not include rates / electricity.

Electricity is fine, but rates I know we should qualify for small business rates relief, but if we get 100% discount, is there anything else we need to pay instead of business rates? Such as council tax etc?

Hopefully the question is written well enough, so it is understandable...

If it is business premises you pay rates unless you qualify for relief. That is it.
